My leadership approach focused on setting a clear, macro-level content vision while empowering the team to own execution—encouraging them to identify topics that would resonate with our audience and drive real value. At Stan’s, I led a creative team responsible for producing 2–3 blog posts per week, focused on addressing common customer challenges across a range of industry topics. At ELMO, the team I managed wrote one blog a week under my leadership. I managed the content calendar, edited the blogs, and collaborated with my marketing team to get ideas written and published. The target audience was customer-centric, focusing on K-12 teachers.
