During my time at RapidDeploy, the social media strategy focused on empowering the public safety industry at all levels. It celebrated customers and all public safety staff. We used videos to showcase testimonials. RapidDeploy also used its Linkedin platform for event announcements, webinars, event coverage, product marketing, technology improvements, partnerships, and new customer contracts.
